REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION

Registration

• Registration at ePatents is required prior to the submission of an application for a subscription account.

• Online registration can be made at this website. There are two classes available, Personal and Corporate.

Subscription

• On subscription, the subscriber will be able to carry out form submissions through ePatents.  The transactions offered can be found in here.

• A person will have to sign as registered user before he can proceed to apply for subscription.

• Subscribers must be resident in Singapore.  There are two classes available: personal and corporate.  Personal subscribers may only carry form submissions relating to his own application or patent.  Corporate subscribers may carry out submissions relating to the corporation's own application or patent or where the firm is acting as agent.

• Netrust certificates will have to be obtained from Netrust Pte Ltd. For corporate subscribers, a corporate certificate tied to each individual user will have to be applied.
