multiple year renewals, Official Fees and Surcharges will be imposed on a per
year basis.
3.No Official Fees and Surcharges will be imposed on PF8, PF11A, PF11B, PF11B(2004), PF11C(2004), PF13, PF13A and PF99. For Patents
Forms where various Official Fees are payable,
the relevant fee payable will be based on the latest Patents Rules.

5.All payments shall be in SINGAPORE dollars. The ePatents Online Fees in Table 2 excludes the Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Official Fees may be refunded at the sole discretion of the Registry of Patents at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
6.Where submissions are not
possible and in the event that the submissions of applications and documents
relevant to the application have to be performed through the postal services,
the postal charges shall be borne by the user or requestor.
