How to file a Patents Form 14 for a PCT (National Phase) application where there had been amendments made to the description, claims or drawings at the PCT International Phase only

It is currently not possible to file a Patents Form 14 via Online Internet Submission (OIS) with a specification incorporating all amendments and corrections if the section on ¡®History of replacement sheets filed¡¯ on the Patents Form 14 is not filled in. Therefore, if you intend to file a Patents Form 14 for a PCT (National Phase) application where there had been amendments made to the description, claims or drawings at the PCT International Phase only, please note that you should do so by preparing the electronic documents with the Electronic Patent Preparation Software (EPP software) and submitting the electronic files on a portable media. The usual requirements and procedures in the Patents Act, Patents Rules and Practice Direction would apply.
