How to file a PF45 to extend the deadline for filing a PF37 on paper Date Added : 5-Aug-2003 If you intend to file a PF45 as part of your filing under the requirements of rule 108(3) of the Patents Rules, please note that you will currently not be able to file a PF45 electronically at the same time with a PF37 on paper. The Registrar will be treating this as a procedural irregularity under rule 100 of the Patents Rules, to be rectified accordingly. Please file PF45 with the PF37 on paper. The service bureau surcharges will be waived specifically for these purposes. Please use the latest version of the service bureau request form accordingly. |
