How to file a PF23 to correct patents forms which are not available electronically

If you intend to file a PF23 to make corrections to patents forms under rules 58(1) or 91(1) of the Patents Rules, please note that you will not be able to file a PF23 electronically to correct details in patents forms which are not available electronically. The Registrar will be treating this as a procedural irregularity under rule 100 of the Patents Rules, to be rectified accordingly. Please file PF23 with the relevant patents form to be corrected on paper. The service bureau surcharges will be waived specifically for these purposes. Please use the latest version of the service bureau request form accordingly.
