How to file a PF15 with a PF20 under rule 53(4) of the Patents Rules Date Added : 5-Aug-2003 If you need to file a PF15 with a PF20 under rule 53(4) of the Patents Rules, please note that you will currently not be able to do so electronically. The Registrar will be treating this as a procedural irregularity under rule 100 of the Patents Rules, to be rectified accordingly. Please file the PF20 with the PF15 on paper. The service bureau surcharges will be waived specifically for these purposes. Please use the latest version of the service bureau request form accordingly. |
