How to file a PF1 electronically without an abstract Date Added : 5-Aug-2003 If you intend to file a P1 electronically, but do not have an abstract at hand, please create a page with the text ¡®Abstract to be filed later¡¯ or ¡®Abstract will not be filed¡¯ in the electronic file to be attached as the abstract. The Registrar will be treating this as a procedural irregularity under rule 100 of the Patents Rules, to be rectified accordingly. You can provide us with abstract later in accordance with current practice. |
