How to file a PF26 with a PF1 electronically

If you intend to file a PF26 as part of your filing under the requirements of rule 9(3)(a) of the Patents Rules, please note that you will currently not be able to file a PF26 electronically at the same time with a PF1. The Registrar will be treating this as a procedural irregularity under rule 100 of the Patents Rules, to be rectified accordingly. Please file PF1 electronically first and wait for an application number to be sent to you in writing. On receipt of the notification of the application number, please proceed to file a PF26 using the electronic online system, within one (1) month from the date of the notification from the Registry.
