New Fees Launch
Date Added : 11-Jul-2003 With the recent amendments to the Patents Rules gazetted on 2 July 2003 and the Practice Directions issued on 2 July 2003, more patents forms will be made available for electronic filing, seeing the introduction of Phase 2A of ePatents. Accordingly, ePatents surcharges for these additional electronic submissions being made available will be introduced. In addition the existing ePatents surcharges have been revised to bring them in line with the new ePatents surcharge structure. This new ePatents surcharge structure (New Surcharges) will be effective from 1 August 2003. |
