related to patents at the Registry of Patents, Intellectual Property Office of Singapore
(“IPOS”). The use of this facility, or the use or reliance on any information accessed through
this facility, is entirely at the user’s risk. Neither IPOS, nor the Registrar represent,
warrant, or otherwise guarantee, expressly or impliedly, the merchantability, fitness or
